Problem and Solution

Problem
Students are required to utilize various applications for distinct purposes, such as submitting fees, receiving reminders, and obtaining updates. It’s impossible for them to complete all these tasks within a single app, which necessitates them to switch between multiple applications. This can cause students to become distracted or confused while performing their tasks.

Solution
A single platform is provided to students for various purposes, such as paying fees, receiving updates and reminders, and submitting subject feedback. This platform enables students to complete all these tasks within one application.

Design Process

The design thinking process helps me to understand what users need, figure out the problem well, come up with ideas, and create a model. Then, I test it with users to find out what problems they have and fix them.
